Where are you?
We are in Hamilton Hill, Western Australia. Not too far from Fremantle.
Do you have a minimum order?
The minimum order amount is 12. However, this can be assessed based on what it is you are ordering.
How far in advance can I order?
We require 2 weeks’ notice. We recommend you contact us as soon as possible to ensure we have the dates and designs you are after. This gives time to order any extras required for your order. Any orders placed within 7 days’ notice, and date is available, will need to be paid in full at the time of booking and other conditions will apply.
Best way to order?
Click on ‘GET A QUOTE’ on the website, fill out the form with as much detail as you can. If you have found something on our Instagram or Facebook that you like, take a screenshot, and send it though. Alternatively, you can Email dinomitecookieco@gmail.com or contact us through private message on Facebook or Instagram.
Do you do gluten/dairy free cookie?
YES! However, due to cookies being made in a home kitchen, please note, whilst all precautions are taken and surfaces and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, our cookies are made in a home kitchen on surfaces that do encounter nuts and other allergens. If you have severe allergies to nuts, gluten or dairy, it is advised not to order. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this.
How long do the cookies last?
This is a trick question right!… if the manage to last any longer than the even you have them for…
Once heat sealed in their little biodegradable baggies, it is recommended cookies be consumed within 4 weeks. Please store cookies in a dark space at room temperature (like a pantry) when not consuming.
